The Heaton's decided to change their shrine, making it look more like a grotto!  Beautiful!

Home Shrines for Our Lady

Shrine #7 - this is the shrine in Sr. Vianney's room at the convent.  You may not be able to tell, but the hands of Our Lady are missing!  The statue is from my 1st Holy Communion, and the hands broke many years ago.  It reminds me that I am supposed to be  Mary's hands in the world today.  And those other two statues ...they are my guardian angel and St. John Vianney.  :-)

Flowers for Mary

Each day, more flowers are offered to Our Lady!  

May all who see me, see Thee, O Mary!

During the month of May, we have decided to...

     1) Make a shrine in our home/room
     2) Make a small bulletin board at the Mount 
         that people can add flowers and messages to.
     3) Work on growing in Mary's virtues.  
            ** Together we will work on the virtue of continual prayer, praying the Little Crown daily for the intention of an end to the "stay at home" soon in Spokane.
            ** Individually, we will each choose another of Our Lady's virtues to work on. For ideas, click on the links below the list of virtues.
