Praying the Little Crown ... lighting our candles from Our Lady's... symbolizing our efforts to reflect her light and virtues in our world...

We crowned Our Lady at the end of each section of the Little Crown... and the three Sodalists who crowned her were a mother, daughter and granddaughter ... 3 generations of membership in our Sodality!

 Our 50th (+1) Reunion Celebration went well on Sunday.  So many past and present Sodalists were able to attend!  We will have more photos and some memories to share soon ... but here is a start ... some photos of us getting things ready.  :-)

 At our meeting today, we confirmed the Officers who will serve Our Lady and lend their efforts to our group of Handmaids for the current year.  Officers are:

Hoping and praying for a wonderful year growing in likeness to Our Blessed Mother, and spreading her devotion in our world.

One great joy is that we have nine new members joining us this year. Deo Gratias!

A Weekend Outing!

Thanks to the generosity of a kind parishioner, we are enjoying a weekend in Idaho on Lake Coeur d'Alene on this last weekend of May.  The home is lovely, the view gorgeous, the weather delightful, and the companions great!  Here are a few photos...

Our Shrine for Our Lady ... we crowned Her after rosary

The tall man behind us bought everyone ice cream on Friday night and got us coffee for the next morning!  We met him when we took a walk to the nearby marina after dinner. His name is John, and he is  a Catholic and had a priest who influenced his life in a special way. That's what made him want to do something special for us, he said.
